May we suggest to fully charge the handle for 24 hours with no interruptions, and make sure the charger is not placed on a metallic surface or close to other chargers, as this can interfere with the charging process. Next, check that the power button and surrounding area has been cleaned thoroughly. As toothpaste residue can build up here and cause the button to not function correctly.
