I’ve had 2 3100 series and the button breaks and you can’t turn it on anymore. Not sure how long it should last. Maybe 3 years is good?

This required a USB block to connect to the wall, 8 times the plug size, which can interfere with a nightlight being connected to the same outlet, adds extra material to landfills. Sonicare saved money but l would choose something else next time.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My teeth feel so clean and mouth invigorated. Takes some getting used to. I can’t imagine being without my Phillips toothbrush. I’ve just spent about an hour searching and re-searching the manual to figure out why my toothbrush suddenly has extra beeps after I finish brushing. Never did find out what it’s trying to tell me. Manual is awkwardly written. A simple “beep code” would raise my rating to 5 stars.
