Wonderful pillow!!

Ive had mine for over 3 years and it's almost time to get a new one. For those complaining of the pillow being too hard: especially when new, pillow needs higher temp. It softens as your body heat is transferred. My friends have the mattress and optimum temp for more pliability is 72 degrees. Otherwise it will take a bit longer to soften. Give it a chance. You won't regret it.

This pillow is too hard. ?I may as well be sleeping on a rock. ?This pillow is not soft. ?By that I do not mean one of those super soft pillows available. ?I was expecting a firm pillow that also provided a semblance of softness so my head would be better supported. ?This is not the pillow for that. ?Eventually I notice the pillow does conform to my head but then it is stuck there. Try moving the pillow and your head drops back into the very slight indentation already formed. ?But then, the process starts all over again. ?Rock hard until the pillow conforms to your head. Very sorry I spent so much money on such a poor pillow.

This pillow has good intentions but as far as "long term" goes unless you want to form cramps and knots in your neck/shoulders stick to something flatter. The pillow is too big and both my husband and I have been suffering from neck pain for the last month. It didn't occur to us that it could be the pillows because they started out so great. However after switching to the pillows we had before buying those we are much more comfortable.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I been using this pillow for some time now. I have had neck problems for some time. This pillow as helped lower the neck pain. I have never found a pillow this great ever.

I was very disappointed that I could not buy a pillow to match my king size bed. I love the mattress but the small pillow should at least be a queen size. I have just spent two months flat on my back after being diagnosed with bone cancer and last night was the first almost comfortable sleep I have had. What a great mattress. I wish I could afford pillows or other accessories but I had to drain my account for the mattress. The king size does allow my wife to return to our bed because the bed doesn't move and cause me more pain. Pom
