I needed good head/neck support- this pillow is amazing! Truly like laying your head on a cloud....I wish it was bigger though- I got the biggest size available and it is still smaller than my king size pillows. ..highly recommended though!

Love but not long term

I Love using this pillow, I have had neck issues for awhile now and using this pillow helped A LOT, however I have had it for almost two years and it got really flat creating more neck pain for myself. I was able to return it for a new one but not happy it went down hill that quickly.

Too large for small person/expensive mistake.

Thought this pillow would be answer. Didn't realize two things: If you are a small/light head this pillow won't conform properly. Not enough weight to bring pillow down for a back sleeper. Also, when you squish the pillow into shape for your comfort, it won't stay there. As soon as you shift, you start all over again for the right fit. Most expensive mistake on a pillow I ever made

I wish this pillow was about 50-75% of its present thickness. In its present form however it is great for reading in bed, but not so much for sleeping. Very disappointing. I bought this for my wife, directly in a Tempurpedic retail store but no returns on pillows. Neither of us can sleep with it so unfortunately we have a very expensive reading pillow.

First New Pillow in a Decade

I inadvertently put my head on one of these while trying out beds. I usually don't use any pillows - just a small blanket to support my neck (go ahead and laugh) - but the store sample was so lovely I couldn't NOT buy one. The salesman said over and over again, "You've got to let these things break in. Give it 30 days." To his credit he pointed out the difference between those in the bags and those on display but I nervously went with it thinking it might be a rough month. Suffice it to say that now I go to bed, I sleep like a rock, and nothing hurts when I wake up. The new bed isn't even here yet, the pillow still has a way to go before it's broken in, and I'm astonished that I've survived so long without this thing. I LOVE IT.

We got these when we bought our bed. I loved them in store. Unfortunately, my husband doesn't agree. He slept on his the first night & woke up feeling sore. I wanted to sleep on my old pillows for a night or two to get used to the bed first. So on my first night on this pillow, I fell in love. He likes a flat pillow, but I usually sleep on two to elevate my head and this pillow if perfect for me.

Way too thick

Bought two of these pillows as we also purchased the Cloud Luxe bed. We tried out the pillows in the showroom and they were wonderful. Get the new ones home and they are over a foot thick and the weight of my head is just not enough to make them comfortable. I had to sleep on the edge of the pillow just because it was flatter and kept waking up throughout the night. My neck, shoulders, and jaw are all in extreme pain today causing migraines. I will not even attempt another night with this pillow. My husband was constantly tossing and turning with his, as he couldn't find a comfortable spot with it. We will definitely be returning both of the pillows. A real disappointment. If they weren't so thick, I think they would have been perfect.

Pillow from heaven!

This pillow is amazing! It is usually hard for me to go to sleep at night but now with this pillow,that issue is gone.It is really soft and it contours to my head and neck just perfectly.
