Life Changing

I cannot believe how powerful this little blower is. Cut my dry time by at least 15 minutes. I use it everyday so I benefit from not just how quickly it dries my hair but also saving my hair from unnecessary heat. My absolute favorite attachment is the fly away attachment. It gives my hair an incredible shine & feels as if it locks in moisture. I have curly hair & use keratin to straighten it.......this blower makes my hair look like I have a keratin treatment. It's definitely a life changing blower abd worth every penny.

I love my professional dyson blowdryer, but....

I love my Professional blowdryer. It has awesome power while still reducing frizz and fly aways. However... I purchased it a couple years ago and over time, I started experiencing severe wrist pain. I went to a doctor thinking it was carpal tunnel. Fortunately and unfortunately it isn't carpal tunnel. I was then sent to physical therapy, which has helped some. But My physical therapist and I have tried to figure out what is causing me issues. We eventually determined that it is the dyson blowdryer. While doing blow outs in upward motion is causing my wrist to bend downward and has caused tendon inflammation and strain. While I still love my blowdryer It is not ergonomically suited for professional daily use... If Dyson could work on their professional design i would absolutely purchase another one. But if this one breaks i will most likely find another brand.

Dyson Professional Dryer

I’m a stylist of 28 years and splurged on this tool thinking I was getting one of the best tools out there. Shortly after I purchased and began using, it stopped working while I was using it. I changed the filter, cleaned the one I pulled out of it. Called Dyson went through the whole troubleshooting, I ended up sending it back after 6 months of use. I asked for my money back because i felt like it was unreliable, I’ve never had a tool that was temperamental like that. A refund was not an option I was told, so they sent me a brand new one. I seemed to have better luck with the 2nd one, I was diligent about changing out the filters, once again at about the 6 month mark it stopped working. It seems as though it runs too hot and shuts itself down, cool concept as to not burn out the motor, but frustrating when you’re trying to get your job done. It’s an unreliable tool, I’ve never had troubles with a blow dryer like I have with this very expensive brand. I called Dyson again, I was hoping that they would send me a different dyson product comparable in price to the blow dryer as I knew a refund was not an option, but they could not do that, so a third one was sent. While I do like some of the features of this tool(noise volume, weight, and power),I think that Dyson should stick with vacuum cleaners. I am beyond disappointed with the function of this “professional” tool.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Cuts my blow dry time in half! For the natural curly , frizzy clients their blow out is straighter , smoother and they tell me it lasts 2 days longer. It's a little heavier than the ultra light dryers I like to use but totally worth it.

2nd Dyson hair dryer!

2nd Dyson hair dryer. First one laid to rest after about 7 years of hard loyal service. Throughout it's life it was used daily, traveled well, banged up, beat up and dropped. Worked extremely well and it was well made. I look forward to using this one as long. I bought the first one when it debuted in April 2016. The new one appears to be of the same quality and works as well as it's predecessor.

Absolutely Love Drying My Hair Now!

I just received my hair dryer 5 days ago and I'm so thrilled! My hair now dries in less than half the time and is smoothe and shiny, and the best part is I no longer need to use a flat iron on it! I debated for months on the expense, but it's worth every cent!
