Perfection

I love the unique color combo. I have fine hair and the low heat setting is perfect to dry my hair to start. The attachments are perfect to finish off my look. I can go an extra day without washing my hair; just a quick run-through with the hair dryer & I am set for the day. What I thought was a hat day turned out to be a just-stepped-out of-the-salon day!

Quit working

This was a very expensive investment and quit working right at 3 years. The warranty has run out and there are no options for repair. I was told pretty much there is nothing that can be done. I would have expected it to last longer than this for the price. Very disappointed and would never recommend this to a friend.

I'm not certain from the review of the exact issue you're having, but it does sound like you have gone through the troubleshooting process with our customer care team. Beautiful blow dryer

After several uses I’m very happy with my Dyson. It’s powerful, I love the magnetic, and I enjoy the simplicity of the controls.
The reason why it lost a star is it’s a bit heavy, it’s got a real high pitched hum when I’m using it- (my dogs run away) and I don’t like the extra power box/transformer attached
to the power cord.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really didn’t want to spend the money on this dryer! But it really changed how much faster and easy it is to dry my clients!! Hope it doesn’t fail me!!!

have had 3 of these dryers , the last one is not as great. it doesn't seem and hot as the previous ones. wished i had tried another brand.

Amazed at how well this dryer works. Quick drying and the flyaway attachment is incredible. It leaves my hair smooth and shiny. No need for my flat iron. Love it!
