I got this for my wife's birthday, and she has not stopped singing it's praises. She says it's by far the best hair dryer she has ever owned, and I had previously purchsed her another highly rated one of a different brand a few years ago--she loved that, but she loves her Dyson much more. Her hair looks great, too!

This is my second Dyson dryer. The new accessories, like the gentle scalp tool and the smoothing tool are incredible.

My daughter has insisted that I buy this hairdryer. I tried to justify spending THAT much money on a…..hairdryer!! Wow! But, when my hairdresser insisted that the attachments were “hands down”, the best ever, I went for it! I love the hairdryer. The diffuser and straightener are a great feature!!

I received this as a Mother's Day gift from my son. I absolutely LOVE it. Drying time is quick and leaves my hair super soft.

Still contemplating all the hype

Still on the fence about this. I do have to admit that the dryer is so much quieter then my CHI, and so much easier on my wrist. But I feel the drying time is the same if not longer. I do not like the fact that I can not use it on high heat without it shutting off. Which adds to my drying time and I feel it leaves my hair frizzy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I’ve had this for about 3 weeks now and I do love it. It’s a little heavier than my previous hair dryer, so that took some getting used to, but it’s a great tool!

All of the positive reviews you have read are true. My wife has been a cosmetologist for 20+ years and has had surgery on both wrists due to using inferior blow dryers. The best feature of this hair dryer is ZERO vibration when using it. There is no noise or vibration fatigue. If you are a professional cosmetologist, don't hesitate because of the cost; buy it today!

Once you use a Dyson hair dryer you don’t want to use another brand. Dries fast and keeps hair healthy. Great customer service. Simply the best!
