An amazing hair dryer for frizzy, coarse haur

I didn’t know what I was missing until I got my beautiful Dyson Supersonic hair dryer. My hair is thick, coarse, frizzy and curly. The Dyson gets it quickly looking really good- which is really amazing. I am very happy with using the different attachments; the diffuser for curly looks and the comb attachment for a slightly straighter, yet full, look. I’m really glad I treated myself to this exceptional hair dryer so I can finally have good hair days!

Made my 3B hair dry frizzy and dull

I had really high hopes for this hair dryer and I love Dyson products! We have 3 air purifiers and 3 vacuum cleaners that are great. So I was absolutely thrilled to buy the hair dryer and use it. I have 3b frizzy curly hair that is very thick and I always blowout straight but it does take around 30 minutes with all the hair I have! While the dryer reduced some of my drying time that’s where the benefits stopped for me. This is about the 5th time I’ve used it and my hair has progressively gotten more dry/straw like, absolutely no shine and so many frizzies all over my hairline that are more pronounced than before. I changed the hair products I used every time, deep conditioned etc. I thought this would be so much healthier for my hair and it seems like it’s just destroying it. So very sad I cannot return this item as it is the most disappointing Dyson purchase I’ve ever had.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Buying nightmare

The blow dryer is great. Buying process IS LONG and drawn out. A picture of your license or the number itself isn’t enough. Literally the worst experience. Get it together Dyson.

No frizz

Shorter drying time and NO FRIZZ. I did everything I know to eliminate frizz, but the answer is Dyson. Well, well worth the money.

Excellent for curls

I am a curly girl that always battles frizz. I considered a dyson for a long time but was hesitant over the price. Finally when my huge heavy dryer died, I made the leap. I am so pleased. The Dyson dries my thick curls much faster than my previous dryer and the curls have less frizz. I have received so compliments since using the Dyson so clearly the results are noticeable.

Love this dryer for lots of reasons

The flexibility of the dryer is great. The multiple levels of heat and the selection of accessories work great for my shorter, straight, fine hair. I also like the shorter barrel and ergonomically it's way easier for me to control than traditional hair dryer shapes. It dries my hair quickly and I have more body than ever. I debated long and hard if such a pricey tool was worth it - and now that I've been using it for a couple of weeks I can say money well spent.
