Love it

I used my niece's Dyson and was amazed at how good my hair behaved so bought one for myself. It is amazing. Pre-Dyson I would wake up in the morning with Kramer hair, now I wake up and it is still shiny and controlled

Good but not a home run for me

It’s been tough adjusting to using this. I find it very heavy and my arm gets so tired I actually have to stop and take breaks. Another issue I have is with the comb attachment. Why does it swivel??? You need tension in order to stretch the hair to get it straight and it’s very hard to do that when the comb is constantly moving around. The cold shot takes at least a full minute to get cool after it’s been hot, which defeats the whole purpose so I alternate with my old dryer. I feel like for the price you should NOT have to use multiple hair dryers! For me, my dry time is actually longer and more painstaking. However, I will say that my hair comes out smoother and shinier, but god it takes a long time.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Waste of money

If I could rate this as less than one star, I would. First, let me say I’ve yet to have this dryer for 30 days and it is already scratched up from very light use. The dryer itself works fine but the cord is clunky which makes it difficult to store in a small space. Really expected more at this price point and very disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Over heated on first use!

I bought this a little over a month ago and finally used it for the first time half way through it over heated while half way through blow drying my hair out straight! I have curly hair so by the time I got to the other side of my hair it was frizzy after the blow out!! It’s been 30 days so of course I can’t return..

The Best Hair Dryer!

I absolutely love this dryer! I purchased several weeks ago and I've used both the concentrator attachment and the diffuser. The low setting with low heat and the diffuser dry my curls in literally seconds without breaking them up or overheating them. The best money I've ever spent on a hair product!

Stopped working

As I read through the reviews now, I see a theme. These machines do not last and are not worth the large price tag. I really like this hair dryer. It dries more quickly and is kinder to my hair. It also stopped working with no warning. I feel that a hair dryer that is this expensive should last longer. I am a longtime use of Dyson vacuums and expected the same quality. Instead, without warning, it stopped working.

Am still learning

I'm watching You Tube videos to learn the best way to use the attachments and am glad I bought a stand for the dryer and attachments. The volume I can get makes it worth it, but I still finish the ends with my inexpensive Revlon dryer brush.
