I put off purchasing one for a very long time. I honestly thought why so much money? what is so different about this blow dryer? I have been a beautician for over 25 years , and I finally purchased one. I could not be more mad at myself ,for NOT buying one sooner. It's a game changer. Its hard to even explain the many great qualities that this little power tool has. I JUST LOVE IT!!!!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this hair dry three weeks ago after trying out one for a week. I have lots of hair loss recently and my hair is finally grow back. This hair dryer really helped me style my curly hair in a way that was cute. I don’t have to pull my hair up into the tiny hair claw because it looks terrible anymore. It’s helped reduce the frizz and dries so quickly. The design is sleek and beautiful. I bought a presentation case to go with it to keep it safe. I tried to use the attachments besides the diffuser to straighten my hair, but I still would need a flat iron to make it look smooth so it doesn’t get the straight hair look for me with my hair type, but I am a pretty committed curly hair girl so it’s not a problem for me.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Im a huge fan of Dyson Products but was very disappointed in their hairdryer. I have a bob just below my chin and found that even the low speed setting was too high for me to properly style. I felt the cord made it extremely cumbersome & dryer itself heavy to use. I returned it within 2weeks.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

If only it would stay on.

I’ve used this hairdryer 3 times and it keeps shutting off. At first I thought the plug was falling out of the socket, but then realized, even without my hand being anywhere close to it, the power button keeps shutting itself off.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great for my curly hair

I finally broke down and bought the Dyson Supersonic hair dryer because I have very dry, curly hair that tends to frizz in the humid summertime. I was skeptical that it would help but to my surprise it actually helped a lot! I use the diffuser and have the heat on the lowest setting. My hair, even on the lowest setting, dries in half the time and unlike a regular hair dryer, my hair barely moves when I'm drying it so I'm able to keep my curls in check. I love it. It was worth the money.
