I wish I could give it SIX stars

I bought my certified used Dyson about a month ago after looking for one on and off for four years. It did not disappoint. It has cut down the drying time on my hair to just a few minutes and the fly away feature is amazing even on fine hair. I’m sorry I didn’t find the Dyson online outlet years ago and make this purchase. It exceeded my expectations.

Dyson makes poor quality hair tools

At this point, I will advise against buying Dyson hair tools. Not only did my Corrale break 2 months after the warranty expired, and Dyson would not replace it, but now my hair dryer has broken. The power on my Supersonic hair dryer will come on, but the dry mechanism does now work.
Very bad quality and service. Do NOT buy
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

No so great

My husband bought this dryer for me a year ago as a birthday gift. Since then I’ve had to have it replaced. This morning the replacement started acting up and now it has to be replaced. I don’t understand how this has happened twice. I take care of my
tools. This last one barely lasted six months. For the price of this dryer it’s so not worth the frustration. Do your research and find another brand. This dryer is too expensive for something that has had to be replaced twice in a years time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I like the hairdryer except the enormous case

The hairdryer is excellent, but I find the enormous, elegant case a waste of money. Either put the money into improving the product or reduce the price. The case is beautiful but completely useless and just clutter, especially for someone who uses the dryer daily.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Omg, this is absolutely the best hair dryer! It’s not too hot and it has 3 heat controls and 3 different airflows. If you can afford it you certainly won’t be disappointed! Excellent product!
