Got is a couple of weeks ago. I think it dries my hair faster, but I am somewhat disappointed. I was hoping for a smoother blow out. However there is no difference in outcome from my Chi dryer. I have natural curly hair and
blow dry it straight. Not sure it is worth the price.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Shuts off constantly

This is my second Dyson dryer in less than 1 year. I would never recommend anyone purchase this dryer. I want to love it so much. But it’s unreliable and far too expensive to perform so poorly. I keep the filter cleaned and don’t even use it on full speed or full heat. The only time it doesn’t overheat is when the speed and heat are on the lowest setting. I’m so disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is an awesome blow dryer. Cuts drying time in half! A little disappointed that the price I paid I did not receive any type of carrying case.

I was originally turned off by the price- and I waited a good while before I finally broke down and purchased this. It was without a doubt, worth every penny. You truly do get what you pay for. It is lightweight, does a great job drying my hair, less time and less frizz.

I have had plenty of blow dryers as a hair stylist and this dryer is the best. So glad I made the change! Cord is a little heavy but once you learn to work with it, you’ll be fine. It is still not as heavy as the leading blow dryers. Thank you DYSON!!

For years I have issues with flyaways and frizz. This hair dryer has made all the difference with my thick hair. I quit using a hair dryer because of how bad the frizz was. I am able to use a hairdryer again and style my hair quickly. Worth the money I will save that I would have paid a salon!
