Love the Machine, NOT the Warranty

I fell in love with this dryer when I got a chance to use it for several days as it was an amenity at our upscale hotel in Canada. I ordered one as soon as I got home! Love the dryer and what it does for my wavy hair. I don't use the diffuser; rather the smaller round attachment, and it works perfectly in drying quickly with no frizz. Unfortunately this machine stopped working after a couple of months, so I took advantage of the 'warranty' and sent it in for replacement. Unfortunately it's now been 5 weeks and I'm still without a new hair dryer. Bummed out. Not impressed with the service.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Tangles your hair !!!

I had the hair dryer on the lowest setting and it tangled my hair so badly and I had to remove many knots from my hair. Unfortunately, I'll be returning it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Life Changing

I was considering the Dyson dryer for quite some time. The price was the only thing holding me back. I was talking to my stylist about the dryer and she said the Dyson dryer is "life changing", and boy was she right! I am so happy I bought this dryer. I highly recommend.

Not your average hair dryer

This blow dryer is great. It dries my hair fast and does not burn my scalp or hair. My hair looks full, feels soft, and is bouncy. I wish I had made this purchase sooner.

Dries fast, bit very clunky to use. The cord is very thick and has a “box” in the middle of the cord which makes it unwieldy to use

First Hair Dyer in 15 years

I got tired as a teen of my ability to break hair dryers. I wouldn't use one again until I bought this product. I've been letting my hair air dry for years, but with cold weather approaching and my hair being thick, I decided to try again. I have two other Dyson products which I absolutely love so I thought if I was going to invest in a hair dryer, it had to be a Dyson. It was pricey, but so far I absolutely love it. I have never used a hair dryer to straighten my hair, but with the video tutorials and the tools provided I can finally style my hair straight without killing it with heat. I love the settings for the heat and power. I never thought I would look forward to washing and drying my hair. So thank you Dyson! It's a well thought out machine, and works fantastic!
