Fast, quiet, AMAZING!

I have incredible thick, heavy, shoulder-length, stick-straight hair. It used to take me about 35 minutes to fully dry my hair. My arms would get tired and my husband would wake up to the sound. Not so with this new, super quiet, incredibly powerful, and light, hair dryer. Life is *sighs* so much easier now!
Pros: Colored, Dry, Straight, Thick

Fast drying, quieter than regular dryer, love the pad that keeps the dryer from falling on the ground.

I didn't know what to expect for a hair dryer that cost this much but I must say I was surprised. Dries quickly, the cord doesn't tangle and the attachments snap on magnetically. It also isn't as heavy as I expected.
Pros: Colored, Curly, Fine, Frizzy, Normal

The BEST hair dryer ever!!

The Dyson Supersonic hair dryer is light, very well balanced and works better than any other I've used. It is even better than I expected, but I'm not surprised, it is a Dyson product.
I love the magnetic attachments, it make changing nozzles quick and easy. I never feel that I have over dried or "fried" my hair. Even though my hair is short, it still needs a great dryer to put it in its place!!
Thanks for making a well thought out and great product!

I don't have particularly thick hair, but I'm 62 and the frizz has arrived....this hair dryer is wonderful - dries so quickly, helps with the frizz and is so easy to handle. It really does live up to the hype!

An excellent concept in a blow dryer

The Supersonic is an amazing device. The snap on attachments are perfect. It's lightweight and easy to manage. But the best thing may be the intelligent temperature control. My hair dries out easily and can become brittle, causing a lot of breakage if too much heat is applied. Regular blow dryers give me two settings: too-cool-to-dry-anything and temperature-of-the-sun. The controls on the Supersonic give me just the right amount of heat, and the quick heat-off button lets me switch to just air fluffing easily. I'll never use another hair dryer again.
