I purchased the Dyson Supersonic for my birthday. I have naturally curly hair that can be not so fun to style most of the time. Often, I would have to let my hair air dry so that it wouldn't frizz. It's really not a good look walking into work with a wet head! With the diffuser...MY CURLY HAIR LOOKS MARVELOUS (no frizz at all)! And when I want to straighten my hair, it's so easy with a minimum amount of time! Thank you Dyson, so worth the money!
Pros: Curly, Dry, Thick

Powerful and long lasting results!

My mom being a hair dresser I have used many hair dryers through the years, so to say the least I was a little skeptical. I tried the supersonic and got great results with the smoothing nozzle hair layed flat and was shiny. Here's what I didn't expect, having to wear a hat for work in a cafe I have to put my hair in a pony tail etc when I take the hat off normally my hair is wild! Now that I've been using the dyson my hair coming out of the hat is smooth and still straight with a simple brush!
Pros: Coarse, Thick, Wavy

At 70, ..... I am a Dyson owner of several products. I couldn't resist the claims of a kinder gentler hair dryer. Thanks Dyson! My hair already feels so much better. Drying is so much faster and my hair looks great!
My hairstylist is looking forward to trying it during my next appt!

WORTH EVERY PENNY

This hairdryer is by far the best hairdryer ever. I have used other expensive hair dryers but this is in a league of it's own. I have very straight long hair that is not thick but I have a lot of hair. It normally takes at least 30 minutes to dry my hair while brushing through knots leaving my hair with lots of static and a little damp. This hairdryer dries my hair in 6 minutes!!!! Yes, completely dry in 6 minutes. Not only is it fast & quiet but it leaves my hair light and fluffy feeling.

I love this hair drier. I now only have to do my hair every 3 days. It dries my hair very quickly and the style stays put. It is worth every penny!

I am a professional stylist, and let me tell you, this tool is a game changer. I hate blow drying hair.. I always get too hot and it takes way too long. This dryer, even on the hottest setting, doesn't seem to bother me near as much. It also cuts drying time in half. I have some very thick-haired clients, and with this tool I never reach the point of impatience. It is cute, cool, lightweight, and quiet. This is my first Dyson contraption and I love it!

Quick and easy

I've had the dryer for about 2 weeks. I was a little skeptical that it would really be worth the hefty price tag but decided to give it a try. 1) It's quieter than my last blow dryer but not silent. 2) I have curly/frizzy medium hair that I always wear straight. This dryer really did cut down the drying time by about half! 3) It leaves my hair smooth and silky, no dry ends. I am very happy with my purchase and hope it will work for a very long time.
