Terrific but way overpriced

I bought this as a Christmas present for my wife. Her only complaint is a desire for a lower fan speed.

I received the Dyson supersonic as a Christmas gift and it is Amazing. I have naturally curly hair and the diffuser works great at drying my hair quickly with no frizz leaving all the curls in tact. Would definitely recommend this dryer to anyone but especially to those with curly hair.

Powerful Hairdryer

I received this as a Christmas present. The dryer is very lightweight and powerful and the attachments are a snap to change. I would never have purchased this for myself due to the price which as much as I love the product, I am not convinced it is worth the very high price tag.

Best hair dryer EVER!

I received this as a Christmas gift. I have only had it for a couple weeks, and I already love it. For someone with long hair, this is a great dryer. The design is awesome, as unlike typical hairdryers, your long hair cannot get sucked into and tangled in the heating coil. Also, the air intake is at the bottom of the handle, so your hair cannot get sucked into the back of the hairdryer either, which is another problem I've had with standard hairdryers. This dryer really puts out a lot of air, so I feel that it dries my hair quickly without becoming too hot. I love how easy it is to change out the magnetic attachments. I also love that it comes with a non-skid mat so that you can put the dryer down while it is on. Although the dryer seems a little bit heavier than a standard dryer, the pros definitely outweigh that one con.

The Dyson Supersonic Hair Dryer is made with the best components and provides the best experience for hair drying that I have ever had. Although expensive, it is worth the cost and expense. I would recommend this product to anyone who wants a product that is well designed and will provide fast service and a professional like experience.

I was giving my Dyson as a gift for Christmas and it has changed my hair routine for the better!! I have thick curly hair and like to straighten it daily. My hair was feeling fried and damaged with my old blower and straighter but I kept using them. However once I opened my dyson and tried it for the first time I was blown away. My hair felt extreamly healthy and smooth. The smoothing attachment was so good I didn't even have to use my straightener! I then decided to use the defusing attachment and rock the curls one day and within 5 minutes I had bouncy, full, smooth, curls! This blow dryer is worth it!
