Have long hair and am an extention wearer from time to time. Fast dry time is a must without damaging my hair or the hair I pay a lot of $ for. This dries like a dream, quick, efficient and quite!

I was intrigued by this when I read about it and my husband gave it to me for Christmas. I have very thick, shoulder-length hair that only looks great when a stylist dries it. Would take 15-20 minutes to dry my hair at home with my old dryer (takes hours if I don't dry it) and it looks the same as if air-dried. Worried about extreme heat and length of drying damaging hair.
This dryer is amazing!! I can dry my hair in 5 minutes! The heat is not extreme but effective. With the smoothing attachment, my hair looks and feels like the stylist dried it. I had watched some of the video reviews that were not overly impressed, but my personal experience has been nothing short of amazing.
I would rarely dry my hair with a dryer because of hating the heat and time to dry. I now dry it every time I wash it immediately after a quick towel dry. Never thought I would say this, but LOVE my Dyson hair dryer!

As a hairdresser I have had many hair dryers but none like this !!! This dryer Efficiently and quickly drys hair and also leaves it silky and smooth. Very light weight but very powerful and hot. I am completely in love with this product !!!

I bought this hoping that the hair dryer would work like all the other wonder Dyson products we had purchased over the years. It exceeded my expectations. It's so easy to use. I love how my arms do not get fatigued. I love the various attachments. And I really love that when I dry my hair it is smooth and doesn't require extra help with my flat iron. I tell all my friends to buy the Dyson hair dryer.

Very quiet! Very fast drying.

I received it as a Christmas present. It dries my hair very quickly. Even at its lowest setting. Very quiet! Lite! and easy to use. There are two problems I have with it! although minor.
1. I tend hold the dryer at the very end of the handle. By doing that it cuts off the air intake. I have to be more conscious to hold it at the middle part of the handle. When I hold it that way it does feel well balanced.
2. I feel the that heat sensor is to sensitive. I know its suppose to prevent your hair from getting to hot. But! Even at its lowest settings it turns off. Its a little unsettling. If am doing something wrong, I would like someone to contact me and instruct me if there is any special technique to prevent that. Thank you. Other than that I would recommend it to anyone.

Love my new Dyson supersonic dryer!

My husband give it to me as a present, I did not how to react at first, I mean the first thought I had was - "Oh great an other dryer" but when I used it I was impressed and I am not using my older dryer anymore.
Is much more light and so much easy to use.
Pros: Fine, Frizzy, Straight, Thick
