I purchased this a month ago and am very pleased with the form and function of this revolutionary new product! I have noticed a distinct difference in the drying speed and appearance of my hair after using the higher flow and lower heat of the Supersonic. My hair has a distinct shine and is more natural looking after using the Supersonic.
Highly recommended!

I hesitated to purchase this, because it's a bit spendy for a hairdryer. However, I am a huge fan of Dyson's products (I still have my DC07 vacuum, in addition to a couple of newer ones and table fans), so I decided to treat myself.
I have curly hair, and read many reviews before buying. I LOVE this dryer. It is quieter than my previous dryer, and it really does dry my hair faster. It used to take me 30-45 minutes to dry my soaking wet hair, and now it's only about 20 minutes.
The diffuser is one of the best I've ever used. The hot air comes thru without any blowing. It truly diffuses the heat beautifully. My curls are defined, shiny and soft.
The air intakes are in a weird spot. I hold the dryer up higher now, nearer to the buttons than to where the cord comes out, as not to block the intakes.
My only complaints are with the cord. It is a very heavy, industrial weight electric cord. The transformer near the plug end adds even more weight. And, the shape/size of the plug means that I could not plug the dryer in where I usually do in my bathroom -- The outlet has a shelf under it, and there isn't enough room for the plug and the cord coming from it. Fortunately, my home is of new enough construction that there is another outlet nearby that I can use.

Love the dryer. It fits well in the hand and is easy to use. the plug and heavy cord are a little cumbersome, but not too bad. Probably overpriced, but a great product.

I had waited patiently, after reading all the reviews, etc. the blow dryer lives up to all the hype, so light weight, so quick and so easy on my bleached hair well worth it--if even slightly considering it--go for it you won't be disappointed!

Takes a bit of getting used to. But my drying time is 1/2. My hair feels healthier as well.

I love the style of this hair dryer. Controls are easy to use and it is quite light weight. Dries hair quickly and leaves hair very shiny. My only complaint is that no matter what I do, the dryer leaves my hair feeling kind of snarled and dry, especially on the ends of the hair. I've found that not using any product on my hair helps with this issue, but the dryness still persists. I've never had this result with any other hair dryer, so not sure what to think of this. Must be the dryer?
