Time saver & super shiny hair

I cannot believe how great this is. It dries my hair so fast and leaves it so shiny. I did have a disasterous first styling debacle since I wasn't prepared for how quick it would work but after that first time I've been so happily blown away. The only complaint I have is with the auto-registration (it registered it for almost a year before I purchased) and it took several communications to get it corrected and though they've said it's now corrected on their end it stresses me out that my account (on their site) still says purchased/registered for wrong date.
Pros: Fine, Straight, Wavy

During winter, my hair always becomes very dry. However, this year my hair has not had the same dryness issues as previous winters. My hair is shinier, and I don't have to use frizz control lotions. All I can attribute it to is the Dyson hairdryer, it is fantastic.
Pros: Colored, Dry, Frizzy, Wavy

The most amazing hairdryer ever

This was given to me as a gift by my husband - I love Dyson products but I would NEVER have bought this for myself. Husbands logic: you use it every single day and you are defined by your hair.... so I tried it and OMG this thing is ridiculously amazing. My hair is smooth, bouncy, manageable, voluminous...all those things it's supposed to be. Not quite sure how it's managed - must be those ions! And that airflow... The design is amazing and quiet and very effective. I had to travel and did not take this along (it's just too precious and I feared my luggage going missing!) and I really noticed the difference - hair was frizzier, not as bouncy. I had no idea that a hairdryer could have such an effect on my hair. "not all hot air is alike!".
I look forward to drying my hair every day now. Wow. Amazing.

I purchased the Dyson a month ago as a Christmas present for my wife. It's light, quiet, easy-to-use and more powerful than any hairdryer my wife ever used. She said she was able to dry her hair quicker and that the Dyson gave her better control over her hair. She showed it to her hairdresser and she was also very impressed. I was taken with it's incredible design, it's look and feel and how well engineered it was. And, it uses no asbestos! We both loved it so much, I bought two more!

Great conversation piece

I have been using the dyson for about a month now, so easy to use, especially because of the magnetic attachments!! I will only say I wish the diffuser had longer "picks" on it to grab hold of curly hair better, but still love how smooth the curls turn out with far less frizz! I love how quickly the hair dries without heating the hair excessively, the air is so powerful that with the concentrator attachment, the air directs the hair in such a way that I sometimes don't need any other styling tool!! I just love it! Great job at Dyson!

Easy to handle

I bought this dryer a month ago and have not styled my hair with a brush and dryer in over 10 years. I was rusty at first but the dryer was so easy to manipulate and lay in my lap while I positioned the brush. My hair looks better each day and this dryer is phenomenal!

Cool Technology and it Works Fabulously

I have been an early adopter of all things Dyson and this new way to dry your hair is amazing. It's light in the hand and easy to change temperatures and never gets hot or heavy when you are trying to style your hair. You also never have to clean a filter or deal with that god-awful burning hair smell. It also keeps the frizz factor way down and even those of us who are ham-handed when it comes to hair styling can use it with ease. My hair stylist is infinitely jealous; so much so that I have to bring it with me when I get my hair done.

My thick hair can be dried in half the time

The dryer was a Christmas gift to me. I have very thick hair. I wanted a hair dryer that would not damage my hair and blow dry in less time.
The side benefit is the dryer is much more quiet than most.
The only drawback is the cool button is not located in a very ergonomic way.
Pros: Thick, Wavy
