My husband bought this as a gift so that my hearing is protected from my daily drying ritual. I don't use fancy products, just Nexxus shampoo. I just use my fingers to comb through my hair during drying. I ABSOLUTELY love this hairdryer and every person that has borrowed it loves it too. My sister has thick, coarse, colored hair and lives in a high humidity area and she will be getting hers soon. She says her hair is soft and sleek just with the hairdryer. I went on vacation and kept it at home. HUGE mistake. I wish they had a carrying case when they first sold it. I keep mine in a padded drawstring pad. This inspired me to get the Dyson Cinetic Big Ball Animal. Dyson keep up with your great products!

My hair always blow dries frizzy from all of my colored grey hair. I have owned several Dyson vacuum cleaners and while the price is a lot I took the plunge!!! The first blow dry experience was amazing! Specifically, it is a very quiet hair dryer, it dries super fast & NO FRIZZ. I am a "product junkie" and hard to impress. This hair dryer is NUTS AMAZING!!! I told my brothers that if they want to make their wives happy for Christmas to get them this hairdryer and trust that the price is WORTH IT!!

This hairdryer dryied my hair fast, the attachments were the best I've had, the diffuser is amazing. We are always looking for a good dryer, this is it.

AMAZING HAIRDRYER for fine, bleached & toned hair

This dries the roots of my fine hair and gives it volume. I no longer have to use products on my roots for or spray alcohol products for this. The heat on lowest setting is adequate to dry the roots while i hold my head upside down. Because the heat is consistent the hair stays standing up and stays volumized. Because this dryer thoroughly dries your hair, and because I've read complaints about hair turning into straw, i always spray liberally "Its a 10" lite leave in conditioner before I start drying. The heat seals the conditioner into the ends of my hair and its glossy, bouncy and healthy looking. This dryer is totally worth the expense to me.

Provided as a gift, the hair dryer is amazingly well made and is probably the best example of high quality manufacturing. Drying my hair is now a treat!
