Fabulous Dryer

I bought this dryer at the NYC hair show last March. It is wonderful. The lighter weight has reduced my shoulder strain to the point my massage therapist asked me what I was doing different! Thank you, after 30 years of doing hair someone created a tool that is helping us work smarter and helping us protect our bodies. It does what you claimed it did, dry the hair faster and leaving it shiny with more volume! Yes it is pricy but believe me at the end of a 12 hour day, it was worth what I paid for it.
Pros: Fine, Straight

Love this hair dryer!

I have a lot of thick hair... let's call it a mane. We've always been big fan of Dyson so when this hair dryer was launched I knew that I wanted it, at some point in my life since it is pricey. My husband knew how much I hated blowdrying my hair so he bought it for me and I can't live without it! the only dissapointing thing is that it is not dual voltage so I can't bring it with me on my travels and for the price you are paying that should be a no brainer...
apart from that detail, I love this product. It cuts my drying time in half and leaves my hair soft (and for my time of hair I have to normaly use a flat iron for it to be soft)

This hair dryer dries my hair faster, and leaves my hair shiny and manageable. I love the magnetic attachments too.

way too long cord

My husband bought the hair dryer for me for Christmasl Altough it was a thoughtful gift, I am frustrated. The store was out of stock so it was ordered and mailed to our home. Only on the slip accompanied in the box when it arrived, did it say if it had been a pink hair dryer it would have come with a storage case. The store had not mentioned that to him! For the price of this hair dryer they ALL should have a storage case, especially since with all the parts it is a bulky and large item. I have a very small bathroom and have to keep the dryer out in the hallway! Also, the electrical cord on the dryer is way too long and I can't believe how heavy it is, making drying my hair a tiring job! The cord drags my arm down. I like that it does not blow air hard and has nice temperatures. And there is no fan to catch my hair.

I have a really long hair which already reaches my butt, therefore, drying my hair has always been a hassle. However Supersonic made it different!!! It's sooooo fast and it won't take me more than 7 minutes to dry my hair completely while it used to take me at least 15 minutes before! What a relief!!! My hair becomes even smoother after each use. LOVE the product!!!

I blowdry my hair every day and with standard dryers it takes me 20 -30 min to dry my hair depending on the style i'm going for. With the Dyson dryer my hair dry time has gone down to 5-10 min! This thing is unbelievable, and amazing. While i don't like the price, as long as it lasts me many years than the machine is worth the price. The comfort is also something that I never realized how important to me it was. It's not heavy and balances well in my hand. If you can afford to spend what it costs than it's worth every penny. The comfort, speed and reduced noise is simply beautiful.

Best hair dryer I have ever owned

I would highly recommend this product to everyone. I have very resilient hair that use to take 25 minutes in to dry. Now it takes me 10 minutes and my hair doesn't break. Also my hair is much healthier then it used to be.

Great volume-Lifts at the roots

I admired this hair dryer for awhile my husband bought for me as a gift. I have straight hair but always feel like I need more lift at the roots. Some days my end of the day my hair would feel “flat” or dirty.
This hair dryer blew me away. I have to wash my hair every day/night. Using this I do not require to wash every night. I can blow out my hair in the morning and style. Amazing.
This hair dryer is like going to the Salon and getting a professional blow out every time you use it. It does dry in record time. It gives my hair the best lift I have ever felt. Makes my hair feel professionally done after every use.
Totally a guilty pleasure. But I do not think I can own another hair dryer! I am defiantly hook and a dyson girl. If you make the purchase. Nightly recommend. You will not be disappointed.
