The changes you made were just what I was hoping for! It's lighter, more powerful, easier to clean, and let's not forget the new, wider nozzle!! That makes such a huge difference!!! I now am the proud owner of 3 of these, 2 of the first version and 1 of the new one. I may have to buy 1 more for my show kit. Thank you!!

not what I expected from Dyson

on/off button has a delayed reaction when turning on; (cold shot button in an awkward position, should have been placed above "off "button for easier hand movement and agility while working in a busy salon setting) ,dryer could also be improved with a hotter setting for ethnic hair types; *the positives are light weight , less noise and attractive mechanical styling*
Pros: Coarse, Coloured, Curly, Frizzy, Thick

Best dryer I’ve ever used in my 30 year career as a stylist.

Dries faster than other dryers. Very lightweight and well balanced so it’s easy on the shoulders. Leaves hair smooth and shiny. Long cord that doesn’t twist up.
Pros: Fine, Wavy

I'm very happy with the improvements. Great idea for the filter and the magnetic connections . The overall power of the machine is definitely better with faster drying time . My Only complaint is that it's a bit noisier and color selection was limited.

I love my Dyson blow dryer. It blow drys hair faster than any other dryer I have ever had. The only thing is though I have a couple clients with very long thick hair, and the lights begin to blink and sometimes shuts off . I clean the filter every day, and also the filter on the handle of the dryer.

I do love how fast and quiet it is. The big gripe I have is the filters. As stylists we do not have time to worry about cleaning the filter multiple times a day or switching it out. I find it frustrating that it over heats so easily,considering the amount of clients we do a day

I love the lightweight professional Dylan, it’s fabulous. Excluding the fact that my dryer keeps turning off on me every 2 minutes when I put the high heat on. I’m wondering if I may have a defected dryer. ( the vent is completely cleaned- at least twice a day)
