Dyson and I will be life long friends...

I got this hair dryer in spite of the price because my beauty brand hair dryers only lasted a year and a half at best with my regular use, which is once in the morning every other day. I thought if I invested a little more to a device that is used in my almost daily routine, it would be worth it.
Yes! The air pressure, heat and the fact that the air suction is at the end of the handle was a game changer. I've been telling everyone I know to get one of these that will change their life to the better. But at the third year mark, my baby stopped working. It just wouldn't turn on this morning. It's very sad since the warranty is only 2 years unlike the Dyson vacuums. Still.. we had a good run. 3 is better than 1.5 years, right?
I would recommend this to a friend!

That said, we do find most problems may be resolved via simple, yet effective, troubleshooting at home. I bought this sonic hairdryer about 2 weeks ago and was amazed at its high velocity air flow. I wear a medium Bob cut and it’s took me less than 7minutes to dry my hair . Than used a large round brush . I did not even have to use a flat ion afterwards. I allowed my friend to try the dryer -she has curly medium long hair and voila she ordered it directly as well as her holiday gift to herself. Expensive but worth it . Lightweight and powerful . I also used it on my small breed dog a poodle and voila she loved it as well - attachment used was the Diffuser and hot air set to low

This is by far and away the best and most beautiful hairdryer ever! Dries even my thick curly hair in minutes! Wonderfully engineered so it is incredibly strong but light weight and easy to handle. Plus: it’s so pretty!

I love anything Dyson...a couple changes would be nice

I own several Dyson fans, so the idea of having a hair dryer of similar design was exciting. Overall, I love how this product performs—it dries hair quickly, and it's beautiful. I love that the attachments are magnetic, and the filter is amazingly easy to clean. I recommend this, but if my suggested changes are made, I'd sell this one in a heartbeat and fork out the cash for a new model
There are a couple of design changes I'd love to suggest. The "cool" shot button should be switched with the location of the power switch. It's not in a convenient position, and it takes finger aerobics to enable it, so I never use it. It's easier to pull the hair dryer away and let the hair cool than to try and use that button...I would suggest putting it about a centimeter below the power button toward the filter. Secondly, the power supply/brick is large and heavy, and makes a buzzing noise, even when the hair dryer is not in use—in a perfect world I'd love to see the brick go away. I'm guessing that this brick is required for the Dyson motor in order to make the dryer itself lighter. That's a minor issue, though. For day-to-day usability, switching the power and cool shot button locations would make me happy.

The BEST dryer ever!!!!

This dyer is absolutely amazing!! I was extremely skeptical about paying this much for a hair dryer and thought, even though I love dyson Vaccum products, how good could this dryer actually be. But my hair is damaged/dry and have been doing all I can to bring it back to life. I am transitioning to my natural hair 4A-B which is a bit past shoulder length and after reading reviews and watching videos decided to just get it. And I am sooooo happy I did!!!
After my first use (1) my drying time was literally cut in half. I had to pass it over a section no more than 3-4 times and it was dry! (2) NO More Frizz... I have Always struggled with my hair being frizzy especially after I blow drying it myself and this was the first time ever I had no frizz or flyaways. It looked almost like I already used a flat iron immediately after just using my dyson dryer. (3) It left My hair with so much body and shine. Usually it is super dry and dull and have to put so much product to replace the moisture lost from drying it. But with this dyson dryer it was so shiny and full of life!. All I used was a heat protectant and that was it. It was soft and silky for the first time in my life with me doing it myself. (4) It is a powerful little thing. Seems like the air is aimed right at your hair strands not all over the place like with regular dryers. And even with all that power it’s still lightweight and easy to use and handle. (5) I just adore the design/colors are so cool. I feel fancy with my gorgeous 24k dryer and pretty red case and the magnetic accessories are completely secure once easily attached.
This dryer is so worth it! I did purchase and use the comb attachment because my hair is somewhat thick. I am totally amazed at the results. I LOVE IT and I’m sure you will too!!
