I LOVE my new hair dryer!!! Easy on my hair, dries fast and limiting the amount of heat used in the process. Cool shot feature is the best for zero frizz results!!!

Perfectly engineered design. Easy to use. I love the attachment system, every perfectly thought out detail.
As a girl who straightened her hair every day in high school because I didn't understand my poofy, actually 2A/2B wavy type hair, the diffuser attachment is life changing (my first dryer with a diffuser that came with). My hair is also very very thick (3+ hours to air dry thick) and it dries in under 20 minutes with this drier.
The blue and gold is the best color combination for the dryer in my opinion, so I sprung for this particular model.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I loved my Dyson hairdryer until it quit. Dyson’s help line suggested I drive 5 hours to pay for repairs. Are you kidding! If Dyson can’t stand behind their products, neither will I.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the gold and blue

I loved my first supersonic hair dryer and it is still going strong, but a family member borrowed it and does not want to give it back. It’s that good. So after 4 years of that machine I finally got a new one for me. I love how fast it dries and how easy the tools are to use they don’t fall off and stay at the angle I want them at. Plus it’s so light weight I don’t get tired drying my hair. Blue is my favorite color so this was a no brained color choice. I will never go back to a normal hair dryer.

This product is amazing! My hairdresser first used on me and I immediately loved it. It tames my long, thick hair leaving it so much smoother. My second day hair is my best hair day & using this dryer gives me second day hair on my first day! And it only gets better from there. I love this product so much that whenever I have family or friends in town, I ask them if they want me to blow dry their hair too!

Too heavy and tangles my hair

Pretty disappointed and expected more for the price for several reasons: massive cord is infuriating and the speed gives me so many knots. Please consider making a cordless version or slim the cord down significantly so it will stay folded up when stored (length is great). Also, on several occasions I have had to RIP out my hair because the dryer gives me tons of tiny little knots I can’t get out with a brush. I love all my other Dyson products but this one missed the mark.

We wouldn't expect to hear that it's leaving your hair tangled. There are a few different things you can do to change the method in which you dry your hair. To begin with the unit is designed with a type of thermal control which means it will monitor and control the temperature at all times. When the dryer is held away from your head the dryer reads the temperature of the room and not your hair; this also causes your hair to blow all around which can lead to damage and tangles. In light of this, it may be necessary to use the dryer directly against your hair with a low speed/heat setting (to start with) using either your hand, a paddle brush or roll brush to control the movement of your hair. When applying these tips to your everyday styling you should start to see a difference in the texture of your hair.
