Not worth the money

This works fine but it is no better than any other hairdryer. Would not recommend it.

Amazing dryer, but we hope V2 has a new cord.

It has truly met our high expectations: the sound is much more pleasant, the power is impressive, and hair gets dry with less abuse. The ergonomics are quite impressive: the new shape is remarkably comfortable in the hand, and the buttons to change speed and heat are right under your finger.
The only point of contention is the cord. We know that it needs to be heavy, because this is a powerful device. But the rubber cord doesn't bend easily, doesn't coil, and is no match for the elegance and sophistication of the dryer itself. That's on top of the unfortunate power converter box near the plug. It's good that it's not all in a massive wall-wart, but it's a drag. This is a great product which would be complete if the experience of coiling and storing the cable matched the experience of using the dryer.

I’ve been using this multiple times a week and my hair feels great after! It takes less than 15 minutes to dry my hair and that’s on the lower settings!

Best Hair Dryer Ever!

I would have purchased earlier had I known, but I honestly did not believe the hype. I am now a believer and I will never go back to a traditional hair dryer. Truely drys and smooths my hair faster and with less heat and my hair feels amazing. I feel like I only have to do 1 pass on a section, where before I would have to do several passes to smooth my hair. BTW I have long, somewhat frizzy, thick, colored hair.

I wanted this product to work so badly! It’s great when it works however I had to replace 3 times and the last time it was out of warrenty! Followed the care instructions precisely

Quiet, Minimal, Quick

Very pleased with its minimalist design, degree of quietness and its powerful output. It’s very lightweight and very comfortable to hold! My only qualm is that the docking station is very sensitive and the magnetic force is weak. The slightest shift of the cord, or movement of the blow dryer, causes the blow dryer to detach from the docking station which makes transferring a docked blow dryer along with its components a nuisance.
