I love the dryer but the cords are too thick and heavy.

Why can't you come up with either a docking station or whatever to use so that using the wire is electricity free or at the very least have some kind of an area where the cords wrap around or fit into easily. The hairdryer cords in US electricity is bulky and awkward especially if you are short of space.

This is my second dyson hair dryer...not because it stopped working but because I needed on for my man's house so I don't have to be without it...EVER! It makes my hair shiny and frizz- free. The best investment I have ever made..love, love, love it!

Amazing Device- Worthwhile Purchase

I am absolutely amazed. I am an African American women with hair past my shoulders. My hair is very thick and long. In the past I have paid top dollar to have my hair done at the finest salons in Washington DC. One of my stylist is the stylist to Michelle Obama. My hair has been pristinely kept from the age of 12. I have never worn weave or had my hair chemically processed but I have always let the best of professionals manage my hair. The pandemic brought this course of action to an abrupt and sudden halt. No longer with access to professionals to manage my hair I decided to give my heat styling a rest. For the next 3 months I managed my hair on my own with just washings and self styling with braids and the wearing of beautiful scarves and head wraps. At the end of 3 months I decided I loved this styling and was shocked that my hair had grown 7 inches with no breakage and damage. I was working from home and enjoying my time so I extended this experience with my hair through the summer until August. In August I was booked for my first work travel meeting and decided I wanted to return to heat styling but did not want to place my hair in the hands of a professional. I watched endless reviews on YouTube and online and was convinced from this and reviews that this would work for my hair type. I was extremely impressed that Dyson offered the blow dryer comb for free. I feel that this is a company that puts the word inclusivity into actions and not just words by offering this tool for customers without extra cost. I purchased the device and delivery communication and arrival was excellent. The first time I used the device I was floored. This is was easily the best tool I have ever used on my hair. I was able to blow dry my long hair with absolutely no breakage or damage. I only needed the second setting of heat and this was very hot requiring me to use interim minutes of cool air to manage. My hair was straight and manageable from my experience with the Dyson hairdryer in less then 40min. I flat ironed my hair the next day and curled with no issue. I own two Dyson vacuum cleaners as I am OCD to the max and I can tell you every device is a joy to own and use. I look forward to my continued experience with the Dyson hair dryer and look forward to finding out more hair products that might be just as great. A fantastic device you will not regret your purchase !!!!

Amazing...Love the diffuser!!

I am letting my hair go curly instead of fighting them as I used to. This supersonic dryer does an amazing job drying and setting my curls without frizzing my hair! I had a different hair dryer with a diffuser that can’t begin to compare with this Dyson. I was hesitant because of the price but a friend used hers on my hair and I was sold. It can’t be beat for being gentle on curls. I use the lowest settings both temp and air flow and it drys super fast without the frizz.
