Lived up to the hype!

I have owned a Dyson vacuum before and have always recommended it to friends. When I finally received a Dyson supersonic as a Christmas gift I was pleasantly NOT surprised at how much it lived up to the hype. It is sleek, powerful and light and does an amazing job drying my hair. 10/10 would recommend. I am convinced it will hold up for years considering the quality of Dyson products.

Not only does this dry my hair quickly, my hair is smooth as well. This will cut my getting-ready time by at least 30 minutes. Highly recommend!

My Dyson stopped working just under 3 years. apparently they are not made to last.

Luxury For My Hair

My hair was damaged recently from being over processed at a hair salon. It's dry and breaking. My new stylist recommended this hair dryer. I thought okay, it's more than I have ever spent for a hair dryer, but let's do this! It's amazing. It's like owning an Apple Computer for your hair. Recent purchases come with three free items. I received the stand, comb extension, and the leather case. The case it great. The comb for the hair dryer is really meant for someone with extremely curly hair who wants to straighten it. It's nice but not right for me. I would have preferred the Gentle hair extension since my hair is damaged, but it is out of stock. I don't like the stand. It's meant for a hair salon or someone with a very big bathroom. If you live in a small NYC apartment you cannot keep your hair dryer on display in your bathroom, or keep it plugged in all of the time. I have to keep mine on a small shelf in my bathroom. The plug is long and big which makes it hard for the hairdryer to stay still on the stand. The parts attached fall off. I wish Dyson would design a stand where you could hide the plug. It is a beautiful hair dryer to actually see in your bathroom, but not the plug. The plug needs to somehow be hidden, and a stand needs to be designed for small spaces. Aside from the stand the hair dryer is amazing.

Good, but over priced

I bought this dryer after all the hype. I’m a hairstylist, and am disappointed with it. I’ve used it 4 times on 4 different clients and it took me longer to dry their hair than my other blow dryer. Quite a bit longer. It made me run behind schedule. It’s disappointing that my current dryer is 1/3 of the price and is more efficient. I’m already returning this one

Blown away honestly

I have been a cosmetologist for 37 years ! It’s been a long time that I have had a tool that I looked so forward to using ! This drying makes blow drying so exciting ! Yes blow drying my least favorite part of the job . Now I am more excited to see my finished work in a much faster time ( especially with all the extra protocols in place 2020 Covid ) I have time to admire and grab a snack ! Thanks Dyson!

Santa brought me a Dyson hair dryer, I love it! This very quiet hairdryer dries my hair in half the time and with no static!! Love it!
