Dries my thick curly hair very quickly.

Using the diffuser from soaking wet, my hair was almost totally dry in 16 minutes and NOT frizzy. It left all of my curls solid and full of body. I am extremely happy with the hair dryer, it is a game changer for someone with curly hair.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Sleek hair, mostly.

I'm still in the getting used to it phase, I've only been using it for a few weeks.
My hair is fine, and is naturally curly (used to be thick and straight).
My hair tends to be wicked frizzy. I've used all sorts of dryers, various price points, brushes, potions, etc with no luck. So much so that I was just leaving it curly so I didn't have to bother drying it! So much prefer it blown dry!
The Dyson is helping me to get it straight and not frizzy. I'm getting used to the nozzles, I put it in a microfiber turban when I get out of the shower, so my makeup, teeth etc, and then do my hair at the end so it's mostly dry that helps a lot. I find that if I rough dry it it frizzes, I have the gentle air nozzle and that does help with the rough drying, and found a tip to go down the shaft with the air, don't just blow it all around.
I have used the diffuser, I like it, it's fast. But I think I need another product to get it 100%.
So... yes, I'm enjoying the hair dryer. I highly recommend it.

Great features

I have used hair dryers for over 30 years and would never go back but I was at the point of using earplugs every time I dried my hair. Plus now that my hair is mid-length again, I would be nervous of getting strands pulled into the motor. So, I tried Dyson- yes, it's pricey but I was that upset by having to avoid hearing and hair damage! Thank you Dyson for resolving those issues. I love the whirring sound, the freedom to move the dryer any which way- and the bonuses of being speedy drying and softer hair. Who knew?!

I bought this dryer about 2 weeks ago after lookimg at different social media sites of stylist using this dryer. I read reviews, but what caught my eye was the comb attachment, it was made perfect for curly hair types, not flimsy, never have I seen a blow dryer attachment so sturdy (where have you guys been my whole career)what blew my mind was the control of heat and air flow! I execute quicker, less wear and tear on my wrists, I am amazed how this has helped me be more efficient with time, myself care as a stylist for 26 yrs and the hair feels great!
