Bought my Dyson professional dryer a month ago and as a full time stylist in the salon working 12-14 hour days it has helped speed up my drying time and the shine it gives the hair is amazing... love it

We have multiple Dyson products and all of the others are still working perfectly. The hair dryer shuts off after several seconds of usage. Awaiting the replacement after spending several hours of my time on the return protocol. Hope the new system works.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We would certainly not expect the machine to shut off without the power switch being engaged. I'm happy to inform you that, while we don't expect any problems to occur, if you purchase your machine new and from an authorized retailer Dyson will back your purchase with a free 2-year guarantee. That being said, we're also always keen to assist with troubleshooting any issues regardless of warranty status.

Hair shines!

Bought the hair dryer for my wife for our anniversary. Best present I've given her! She loves that it is easy to use! Really excited that it uses less heat than her previous dryer and it dries her hair faster!

I am a hair stylist, who usually burns through a blow dryer every 6 months or so! I am so thrilled with the Dyson dryer! It’s light, well balanced and very powerful!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed a new blow dryer that was light and had a lot of power.. I was blown away by the Dyson professional dryer. It’s fast, great temperature control, and I love all of the attachments that it came with.

Best Dryer for Curly Hair!

I thought about buying this for a while, but waited due to the cost. Well, now that I did, it was worth it. I have fine, curly hair and this dryer with the diffuser makes my curls curl up and stay. It works so much better than my other one. It drys fast without causing frizz. I'm so happy I made the purchase.
