Dryer and Stand

While I really like the hairdryer it is a bit heavy. Not sure if it is because I bought the supersonic but I am small (5'1") and the hairdryer is a bit heavy for me. I also bought the stand and it is not what I expected. The dryer is a bit heavy for the anticipated usage and the larger round attachment just sits and does not clip in like the others do.My hairdryer actually has fallen off of the stand due to weight a few times. I would recommend a different stand. I can deal with the hairdryer weight but not the fact that the stand in not sufficient for the weight of the dryer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The Dyson Supersonic hair dryer was engineered for balance in the hand. It's also the only manufacturer hair dryer with the motor in the handle. With the center of mass being close to the handle, it is less arduous when maneuvering the hair dryer from side-to-side as it is not top heavy.
With regard to the display stand, that will neatly display your hair dryer and attachments. The smoothing nozzle and styling concentrator attach magnetically for quick, easy access, and the base of the machine holds your larger diffuser attachment. Best Hair Dryer ever

I should've bought this hair dryer a long time ago, it is saving me around 30 min every time I dry my hair, I have long coarse hair.

Dyson Improves Hair

My hairdresser recommended this VERY expensive hair dryer to combat fly-away hair. Very true to Dyson reputation, as I own other Dyson products. Though cost is dear, the long-term benefits are obvious.

Love Dyson products, but this is the best!

After years of debating to get one, trying to justify the price, right? Haha, well I save money to not complain when I’m going to get it, and finally I did. Let me tell you, first couple of time was very fast drying my hair and was a little messy. This thing is powerful and honestly I’m not perfect at blow drying my hair, I use a paddle brush and that is it. Well after couple of uses, putting to the test, got the timer and now that I know how to manage this let do it. All the time have my hair dry in just 8:47 minutes is not even 10 min. I have medium texture, frizzy, wavy long hair, my hair looks so good and shiny not to bad like was before with my other hair dryer (is been with me more than 5 years, still like new) but is just take to much time. Now I’m a mom and I need to do it fast. At this very moment, I don’t regret my purchase at all. With every penny I save for it. Now m, saving for the other tools.

Light as a feather!

I’ve had this dryer for a couple of weeks and can only say this is the best hair dryer I’ve ever owned. I’m older and have white hair; finally my hair has shine that hasn’t been there before!

Wet hair to brushed dried in 5:30min!

I have medium length thick coarse hair that takes forever to dry until now. I got this dryer and am impressed with how fast it dries and doesn’t leave my hair frizzy. While it has three different heat settings, even at the highest and fullest air flow, it did not make me sweaty as I have experienced in the past. The only thing I would change is the long thick cord, but I’m so happy with the purchase!
