Unbelievable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow-Best dryer ever ! It is worth every penny snd then some. I have and do own several Dyson vacs so had no doubt about the name. However was struggling to pay so much for a hair dryer! A friend shamed me into the purchase and I’m glad she did! I absolutely love it

It's ok, definitely not worth the high cost

I purchased the hair dryer a month ago. I have thick and long hair. I do not see a difference except that I spent considerably more on a hair dryer than I normally would. My hair looks "fuzzier" after drying with the Dyson. It is not sleek and I have not saved time in drying my hair. I am disappointed. I was told it would "change my life" regarding getting ready in the morning. It still takes the same amount of time to dry it and my hair looks worse after drying it compared to my previous hair dryer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Looks are great but design needs work!

I bought this hair dryer 6 months ago. I have thick long hair. I have noticed that this dryer adds a lot off volume to my hair (which I do not need) I use products but still add volume. I also feel my hair feels very dried out after I finish. It is Supersonic in dry time!
I did buy the STAND to put my dryer on. This stand needs to be updated ASAP!! I can barley touch the hair dryer and it falls off the stand. This Dyson Supersonic hair dryer is expensive!! I have never dropped a dryer as much as I have dropped this one off the stand!! I'm scared it's going to stop working from falling off this stand so much. I need help with this problem. If I could return this Dryer I would. I own the top of the line Dyson vacuums. This one I am not happy with.

Hi there, this is Kelly with Dyson. Thank you for sharing your experience with the Dyson Supersonic hair dryer. While everyone is different, we certainly wouldn't expect hair to feel dry after use. As you may know, our hair is an extension of our blood system, so medications, stress, surgeries, etc can cause issues with your hair. If your hair is colored regularly or even over moisturized this may also be contributing. We would recommend visiting with your hair stylist to see if a neutralizing shampoo may help or help with other tips on getting your hair to a healthy level.
One quick tip I would recommend, as outlined in our Dyson Supersonic support videos, will be using the dryer directly against your hair with a low speed/heat setting (to start with) using either your hand, a paddle brush or roll brush to control the movement of your hair. Please also note that each heat and airflow setting is designed to provide varying outcomes depending on the style you have in mind for any particular drying session.

I bought mine a couple weeks ago. I have curly hair and have a problem trying to get it straight, however the dyson does the trick I love it!!!!!

I have no complaints about this blow dryer! It’s made such a difference in how my hair looks and feels! It truly does dry your hair quicker leaving it less damaged.
