Very disappointed in my dyson dryer. I am a professional hairdresser and have not been using this dryer for long.. it shuts off ALL the time while drying my clients hair.. maybe it’s over heating?? But it’s turning off after just a couple minutes.. then i have to turn off\on to get it to work again.
Loveeeee the dryer when it’s working properly but wish it lasted longer for the money I spent.
I would like to get another one in the future and hope that It would be worth the money

Best hair dryer ever!

I’ve only had my hair dryer for a couple of weeks now, but I love everything about it! I have very long and thick hair, so blow drying my hair used to seem like a chore. Definitely not anymore! My hair was soaking wet and it was completely dry in under ten minutes after using my new Dyson hair dryer! I was shocked and very pleased with the results! Would highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new hairdryer is fabulous. It dries my hair so quickly. It also makes me laugh as it blows everything about when I put it down, if I haven’t turned it off. Such a wonderful product. I would definitely recommend it.

Great dryer - NEVER LASTS

So I am on my FOURTH that just died; yes you read right my fourth. My first one I got the dreaded three white flashing lights about a year in. They sent a new one, under warranty and returned the dud. One year later and past the warranty the replacement died and I broke down and got another one, love the results. Again, the second new one I purchased died, got a second replacement and her I am again past the warranty. After the first one, Dyson sent me a brush for the filter which I used on the last three dryers to clean it after every use and yet here I am. I love the results so much but one year to 18 months per dryer for the cost isn’t good.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I can confirm that the white flashing lights you have seen on your machine are letting you know that your dryer is overheating or being used with the incorrect voltage. If you regularly grasp the dryer with your hands covering the vent, or are not properly maintaining the filter, this will occur.

Very quiet operation, and attachments attach easily and work well. Has "gentle" settings that work great for drying my set-in-place hair style.

Absolutely the best hair dryer I have ever used. The gal who colors and cuts my hair has said she can really see an improvement with my hair since using this hair dryer.
