Best Dryer Ever!

I just received my dryer today and knew I had to have a wash day. I tried out a new deep conditioner and my hair was not liking it so I had a feeling my hair was not going to come out good. I began drying my hair with the supersonic and let me start by saying that it dried my hair much faster. When it came to my curls, it defined them so nicely and I couldn’t believe how great my curls came out. This dryer is amazing and a miracle worker!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great for curly hair

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have super curly hair and my hair dresser uses this hair dryer on my hair and it comes out amazing so of course I had to buy it for my self and I love it my curls look amazing and there is no more frizz. I use it on the lowest heat and fan setting and my hair looks amazing!!

2nd time returning

I do love this blow dryer but this is my 2nd time returning because it stopped working. I clean my filter every day and have even had an electrician come in and change my outlets. For the price I would expect it to not break after 3 months of having it. Very disappointed and when my warranty is up I will not repurchase
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Jury is Still Out

I was initially a little disappointed when trying to dry my hair straight. I would have loved the brush blow out option for the hair dryer. I can’t get my hair as straight with this hair dryer as I can with my other one. I still have to use a flatiron which I was trying to avoid. When I wear my hair curly it seems to dry it so fast that it feels like it dries out my hair. I am still hoping to figure it out and I hope it is healthier overall for my hair.

I'm happy to inform you that Dyson Supersonic hair dryers features 3 different attachments - a smoothing nozzle, styling concentrator, as well as a diffuser for use with achieving varying hair styles. Dyson Supersonic also features 4 precise heat control settings to also aid in drying, styling hair, as well as locking in your hair style. While the smoothing nozzle works well with working sections of your hair with a gentle airflow that can be used with just your hand, styling hair can be done with the styling concentrator as well as a brush. We also have owner support videos with great tips with using Dyson Supersonic to achieve the results you are looking for, along with Dyson Supersonic experts standing by in the event that you have any questions.
We have received a lot of feedback with regard to how fast the Supersonic will dry hair. If you find that your hair is drying too fast, you may wish to adjust the heat and airflow settings that you are using. If you find that your hair feels too dry after use, one quick tip I would recommend, as outlined in our Dyson Supersonic support videos, will be using the dryer directly against your hair with a low speed/heat setting (to start with) using either your hand, a paddle brush or roll brush to control the movement of your hair.

Fast and efficient

First off, can’t believe I actually paid this much for a blow dryer but I am glad I did. This dries my hair really quickly and I don’t even need it maxed out. It also got my curly hair so straight that I am most didn’t need to flat iron it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Best dryer I've ever used

I love the feel and flexibility of this dryer. The adjustable heat and speed is great. The magnetic attachments are incredible. The sound of it turning on and off is so high tech you know you have a superb product in your hand. I gave it 4 out of 5 stars because there are a few negatives for me. I have very thick and heavy colored hair. I try my best to smooth and shape my hair but I can't wear it natural. I do not need a diffuser or curl comb so those are wasted items to me and add to the cost. The attachment to smooth hair doesn't work for my thick hair - I just get a minimal effect from it. So, it would be better to sell just the dryer and let the buyer pick the attachment(s) they want rather than getting a bunch of attachments they will never use. Overall it is a beautiful product and I am hoping to see less damage to my hair in the future.

I have curly hair. I have used every option out there to have curly soft hair. This blow dryer and diffuser are amazing. They leave my curls with so much volume. I have started to recommend it to everyone I know. I get compliments on my hair all the time.

I love this dryer. So worth it. Super light and quiet. Dries my hair very fast. (I have long thick extensions and this is a life saver!) don’t hesitate.
