I am still not sure why I am keeping this hair dryer. It does a good job drying my short, fine hair but I do not think it any better than a much cheaper hair dryer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Although we're not able to guarantee satisfaction of all our customers, we have made provisions that allow a customer to return a product within 30 days of receipt, if ordered directly from Dyson. If you've made the purchase elsewhere, we'd recommend checking with that retailer's return policy to see if you're eligible for a return.

Great Product; technical wonder

Purchased to use professionally and was surprised at the performance. The cord gives you plenty of maneuverability. The attachments are solid and very useful. Highly recommend this for cosmetologist and barbers.

This blowdryer exceeds all expectations for any other blowdryer. I am a hairstylist and this cuts my drying time down on every single client and also doesn’t blow the cuticle out so way less frizz!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love this dryer so far. The cord makes it heavy and bottom heavy in comparison to traditional dryer where those would be more top heavy. Attachments are nice. Definitely need to have more color options instead of just silver. Hairdressers would flock to fun colored dryers. Wanted to purchase the blue and copper one but i was informed that was not an option for the professional model- that was disappointing.

I am a professional hairstylist and finally made the plunge into the world of Dyson. Wow! This machine is powerful, quiet, and super light to handle. I am truly amazed at the power behind this. I am able to cut blow dry times in half. I can also hear my clients talking while drying their hair. Simply perfection.

Best hairdryer ever! I have wavy/curly hair. This hairdryer dries my hair quickly, without frizz. I use the lowest heat setting and the diffuser. Beautiful curls everyday! If you’re on the fence, buy it.

I’ve had my hair dryer for a couple of weeks and it dries my hair quickly and smoothly. The smoothing attachment works great! If you have frizzy hair it’s a great dryer.
