Overheats and their policy makes you wait 18 busin

The dryer overheated and stop working after only a few uses. I have been without my “machine” for nearly a month now after having it for less than that. Thanks dyson for the defective product and keeping my money and “machine” held up for so long. I hope you are appreciating my assets. The filter was cleaned often and certainly more than standard one month recommendation.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Disappointed. Much quieter and lighter than my Moroccan Oil dryer but it doesn’t have a ‘cool’ or no heat setting and the length and weight of the cord makes it less portable. My hair is just as frizzy and doesnt have additional shine. I would return it but dont have the original box ( too big for suitcase) so it was left behind. Too expensive and did not live up to the hype.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Got this as a Christmas gift 2024. I have curly hair, but diffusers never gave me a good hair day until now! I’ve had to re-learn how to diffuse my hair, but I’m now getting my hair to look the way I’ve always wanted. I have soft, springy curls from foot’s to ends in about 10-15 minutes. This dryer is worth the money & a total game changer!!

After saving up for this, I'm really on the fence about the build quality and though I'm keeping it, it's really disappointing that I have to wear ear protection every time I use my supersonic. The pitch makes my ears ring within seconds without protection, but it gets the job done faster than anything else.

I bought this 2 months ago. Great for curly hair. Low heat and power settings dry hair quickly with no frizz. Only reason I didn’t give it a 5 is that the heavy bulky cord will make it hard to travel with. Dyson, please consider making a travel size dryer.
