Exceeded My Expectations

I was slightly apprehensive when I purchased it but now I feel like I should have purchased it sooner. What an amazing product! Cut my drying time, doesn’t burn my scalp, and the flyaway tool is the best invention!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I received this as an anniversary gift. My hair dried so much quicker. My hair felt silky and soft . The attachments are awesome.

Don't waste your money! Get anything else.

I bought this dryer after my last one died (after 7 or 8 years of use). It was a big splurge. For two years of COVID, I used the dryer 1-2 times a month, and made sure it was clean. I went to use it today and it won't turn on. I called customer support who let me know that this 3 year old dryer is out of warranty and I can buy a new one. Wait...what?! I've barely used it and there's no fix for it? And you want me to BUY another one?!?
I'm angry because I've convinced friends to buy this dryer....and based on this Dyson product, I've purchased other Dyson products. It's now impossible to justify recommendations or any further purchases.
Buy a dryer that works for a fraction of the cost. Don't get this.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It's unusual to hear that the dryer is no longer powering on, especially if there is no damage to the cord, plug or power button. With regular maintenance of the dryer including filter cleaning, you should get years of use out of a Dyson. The Supersonic is engineered and built to last when maintained as outlined in the user manual. It goes through a rigorous testing phase so that the machine can endure more than the average drop or bump.
When purchased directly from Dyson or an authorized retailer, the Dyson Supersonic has a 2-year warranty. Should the warranty exhaust, we still provide diagnostic support for the life of the machine. I have finally found THE ONE!!! I’ve purchased many dryers over the years and continued to search for the five stars rating. I just turned 70 on Valentines Day and decided to treat myself. And, what a treat it is. The power in the light weight, easy to hold and beautiful addition will now be th only hair dryer I own. Thank you Dyson for a fabulous item.

great dryer, but the low setting is very warm

I thought this dryer had 4 heat settings. It only has 3, and the lowest heat setting is very warm. I have to hold down the cold shot button the whole time I dry my hair.

Get this it’s worth it!

This blow dryer is worth every penny. I gave 4C hair and it stretched it so easily. The comb did not move and my drying time was cut in half. My hair is mid back length.

I bought mine the other day absolutely love it. My hair is shoulder length drys so much faster than other hair dryers. Love all the extra attachments they help to eliminate frizz.
