I love Dyson, but I like my old hairdryer better

This is my second Dyson, same hairdryer but for some reason, I like my old Dyson which broke better than my new one. This one seems to blow my hair all over and it doesn't seem to make my hair as smooth as my old hairdryer.

My search for a hairdryer took me trying 4 different dryers the Dyson being the final choice. I was leary of the Dyson due to my hairdresser feeling the lowest heat was still to hot for dyfuser drying which I didn't find to be an issue. In the end it was between the Dyson and Drybar Buttercup but the Dyson won't based on being lighter and more comfortable to hold.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought the supersonic blow dryer for my sisters birthday and it stopped working after only two weeks. Very disappointed, especially for the price. This shouldn’t break after two weeks.

I really love this dryer but find it very difficult to hold, especially while trying to use the cool shot. I think the design is lacking. I almost returned it but am continuing to try to work with it since everything else about it can’t be beat. The temperature settings are perfect. The lack of noise is unbelievable. The output of air will blow across a room. I only use 2 attachments and would rather pay less and only buy the ones you want. I feel like they could fix that.
Finally, I am on my first trip since buying it. The box that came with it would take up half of a big suitcase. Dumb. Nobody is carrying that thing around. It’s a waste.
