Dyson professional dryer

This is my 5th Dyson hair dryer. If you keep the filters clean a few times a week and don’t drop it you can expect 2years give or take from full time use.
They do slowly lose strength in power after a year.
They are light and quieter, that’s why I keep buying them.
I would recommend this to a friend!

While lifespan can vary depending on use, we would certainly expect the dryer to far outlast the free 2-year guarantee we provide with the purchase of a brand-new dryer. We do have some care tips you can use to ensure a longer life. You will want to ensure that the filter is being properly maintained and clean - any type of hair care products such as hairspray can clog the filter which can lead to overheating. Your dryer will come with a non-slip mat, which we also recommend using when placing your dryer down onto a surface, between styling sections of your hair. We also recommend avoiding the use of any abrasive cleaning products. To clean your hair dryer, you can simply wipe it down with a lint-free cloth. If your dryer comes with a case, we would also suggest storing that in the case as well, especially when traveling.

It simply does what it’s said to do and more! This dryer is amazing! My hair has never felt and looked this good with even the top hair dryers. I’m a forever customer!

Great blow dryer!

I have a few friends that love this dryer so I had to invest in it. I’m glad I did! I have really thick hair and my dry time is cut in half. I’m still learning how to use it and hold it but overall I really like this blow dryer! Works fast & isn’t super loud.

Great features and fantastic performance

It took me 6 months of deliberation to decide on this pricey purchase, but it has been worth every penny and I wish I had purchased it sooner. I have very thick, long Asian Indian hair with highlights and this has cut my dry time in half! I also no longer need a flatiron, for everyday straight I use the flyaway attachment which also make my hair so shiny!! I also have a sensitive scalp and my scalp feels a lot less dry and irritated after using compared to my old hair dryer.

New Hair dryer not as effective as original

I bought this super sonic hair dryer a month ago to have a second in hand for travel, my summer home. I own the original and I will have to say there is something off about this one. my hair feels different and it takes longer to style correctly. my hair doesn’t look as healthy. I tested both (one each side) and it’s definitely not the same quality. a bit disappointed as I live Dyson products!

In terms of motor wattage, temperature and speed settings, those have all remained the same across the board. The attachments have been changed slightly, but you should still be getting the same, if not better performance. Feel like it should have lasted longer

I loved my Dyson supersonic hair dryer but after 5 years it just stopped working. I really think if you spend that much money on a dryer it should last much longer. It’s unfortunate that it didn’t. I use to tell all my friends how amazing it was but I would never recommend it anymore.

But another hair dryer

This product is a complete waste of cash. Mine quit working after 3 years- Dyson offered NO solutions other than for me to take it to my local Dyson Service Center for repair. For this kind of money, it should NEVER short out…. Save yourself the money and go buy a alternative- I’ve owned many hair dryers, from low end to high end and they’ve last 6-10 years. This hair dryer is absolute garbage. Dyson has lost another customer’

Life changer

This is one of the best life changing devices out there. With all the attachments you get, you can do anything with your hair and in half the time. I barely need any other device. I will be traveling with this as much as I can. I can get a smooth blowout or a natural wave. The flyaway attachment is pure genius. You will never need another frizz cream again. This device has taken away my previous need to use hair oil after a blow dry. Like I said LIFE CHANGER. Do it as part of living your best life!
