Great phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my phone for calls, texts, emails, social media, and some games. I have not had any issues. Phone is fast and face recognition is much better than last phone I had. Galaxy AI is good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I couldn't be more happy with my phone. I only buy Galaxy phones, I'm never unhappy with any of them. I use my phone for everything, and have never had a problem. My A-15 was very affordable, and is Worth every penny.

To keep up with the nuts and bolts of your device's performance, you can use the Device care feature. "How to keep your Galaxy phone or tablet from slowing down" is a great resource to check out when you have some free time available to learn how you can automatically optimize your phone for faster, better performance. If your Galaxy phone or tablet is draining quickly and doesn't seem to charge at all, doesn't charge past 85%, doesn't charge when connected to a PC, or doesn't charge when connected to Samsung DeX, there are a couple of things that may be causing the problem. For example, you may simply need to replace a worn-out USB cable, or make sure you're using the correct charger. Take a moment to also review, "Galaxy phone or tablet will not charge" to help resolve what you may be experiencing with your device.
