This product is good with flaws

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like my Galaxy A15. I switched from LG to Samsung. The display is great and has better features. When it comes to the speed and eullrunning apps it doesn't go over well with me. It's slow and consistently delayed. The touch screen is delayed or even unresponsive at times, Apps run slow.

Happy with the phone so far. Takes really nice pictures. Best of all, it works with my Visible plan. I had some trouble finding phones that do so.

Worst samsung phone ever.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Before my vacation trip, my s20 ultra screen broke and I went to a repair shop and they said it'd be 400 to fix it. So instead I went and bought a new phone, aka my current A15 coz I needed a pho e fast before traveling, and oh man let me tell yall, samsung forgot to hit the ball at the park. This phone is garbage, worst samsung phone of all time, my god. It freezes when I get a call, when I try to watch YouTube while in a call, and even when I try to take a picture. The text messages DON'T EVEN WORK, when I try to send a text message, it never goes through at the first time, it always "fails to send message". Then when I'm scrolling through social media and someone text me, I try to reply through the notification bar, AND IT FREEZES. I can't even be in a call on discord without the app crashing every time when multi tasking to do something else. I will get my s20 ultra fixed and switch back to it, coz that phone was immortal, it just happen to break while at work. Oh yeah, the A15 EVEN FREEZES WHEN TAKING A SCREENSHOT, and when I take a screen, it doesn't even save. Which is honestly incredible how that works, not even a screenshot this phone can handle, why even release this phone, yall could've released something WAYYY better.

Performing simple actions like rebooting and updating the software are just a couple of the things you can do to prevent freezes and crashes in the future. When you have some free time available, please take a moment to review "Samsung phone or tablet freezes and crashes" to help resolve what you may be experiencing with your A15. If you are having trouble sending or receiving text messages, or they seem slow, it is usually an issue with the carrier or its service. Also check out, "Messages on Samsung phone are slow, do not send, or cannot be received" to conduct simple troubleshooting steps to help resolve what you have described to be experiencing with your text messages. Now, if you are having issues with any apps freezing or crashing, even after updates, there are a few things you can try to resolve your problem. Clearing the app cache, checking if the app is compatible with your device, rebooting your device, optimizing your device, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and even checking for additional updates are all things that may help.
