Seamless navigation between devices

I love the that I can use my Tablet as a Phone, Tablet & Laptop without feeling like I'm missing much from any mode.
When it came time to upgrade my Smartphone I knew I wanted to switch to Samsung, hoping to add seamless movement between devices.
I am not disappointed!!
I'm still learning the Galaxy AI functions available, excited to explore more.

SLOW phone

This phone is so slow anything you do expect it to take 2 seconds+ to load an app or do anything

Thank you for telling us about your experience with your Galaxy A15 5G phone. We at Samsung value feedback from our customers to ensure we are providing a product that our customers can be proud to use. Our goal is to exceed your expectations.

There are many reasons your phone may seem like its slowing down, like background applications still running for instance. There are a few troubleshooting steps you an follow, such as making sure your phone stays up to date and removing applications you no longer use. If your phone is misbehaving, it's possible that it may be a third-party app. I am providing you a link with all the information on how you can enter safe mode to help better identify if that is the case. Starting it in safe mode and then noticing that everything is responding faster may help you determine which application may be slowing down your device.

If you are comfortable, doing a soft reset may be useful. That is resetting your phone to default without erasing your apps or data. I will provide a resource for you to check out that may assist.
