I am very happy with Samsung Galaxy A15 5G phone. Its simple in setting and navigation. Has a lot of useful features for everyday use, bright screen and decent battery life. In addition to all that it's really affordable.

Glitching when hot

I really do love my Galaxy A15 phone! However, when I keep my phone in my pocket and it gets too warm, it begins to glitch. My coworker is also experiencing the same problem. When you open the phone to use it, it spazes out and acts as if you are touching things when you aren't and it won't allow you to access the items you want. Other times, it is like the screen is just flashing. At other times, you touch the screen and nothing happens. We have only experienced this when the phone seems to get hot.

You're better off sticking to your current phone

I thought this phone would've been a better phone than my a10 e, however I now regret it. This phone is terrible. It overheats like crazy, even when im simply scrolling on a website. It can barely run simple games, and the camera sucks. I thought I was getting a better cooler phone, not one that is hot every single secon, and that is slow.

Disappointed that no charger is included. Also, this model doesn't meet specs needed to track my glucose sensor (dexcom g7). Will return phone this week for refund and cancel monthly coverage.
