junk, had to send it back the next day, wouldnt recognize my sim card, couldnt call out, all incoming calls hung up, manufacture defects, new does not mean good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The best part about this Galaxy AI A15 device is the screen on screen you can literally watch 2 things at once and play a game or be on Instagram at the same time.
I love everything about this device the big screenthe keypad the camera I literally can hi on and on!
I want to take a picture of the phone but I'm currently using it to write this review!! So go buy !!

I bought this phone about a month ago because I broke my previous device and did not have insurance so I wanted to buy the cheapest phone available to get me by for a while. I assumed it would function as most devices would and it just may not be as fast or smooth as most. This has been the absolute worst experience with a mobile device that I've ever had. I'd rather go back to a Nokia stick phone at this rate. I'm about ready to send it to a watery grave at the bottom of the Potomac.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Dont judge a book by its cover

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my Galaxy A15 for my everyday stuff and i love how it looks, but my data runs out almost by the 6th day before the month. Sometimes phones look great and everything ,but when you need a photo it comes out great but when i need the internet its fast but on the games i play it kind of slow and gets stuck and before you know it i loss my money because i was not getting data sorry forgot to say i gamble sometimes. The music is great plus Bluetooth works so good i never have any problems with the downloads everything real fast to this Galaxy phone is good for what i paid for it. I recommand you getting one if your trying to have a great phone with a great plan in this not doing so good financially crises,at least you have a great phone you can count on for everything in the world,because we do have the world in our hands thanks to Samsunm Galaxy phones we have whatever we need just unlock your Samsunm Galaxy and its there.

Great entry level phone for basic usage

And it is at an affordable price. However, I would love if the phone could operate faster.

Clean design, but still need some changes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The phone phone design is what makes the phone's unique. A flat design with the round Edges makes the phone looks premium. Even though I've the 4GB RAM version, but that's doesn't stop me from enjoying the device.
The new aspect of OneUI 6 is completely outstanding. I love the transparency of the display and redesign of each icons in Quick Panel settings.
Some of concernant:
1_The from the front camera needs to redesign and add a hole punch camera cutout to create a unified Screen bezels.
2_ the plus sign on the Wi-Fi icons if removed, For me it serves no purpose or maybe there's something I don't know.
3_ Base model needs to be 4GB of RAM + 2GB extended RAM
4_ Us users Missed the dedicated Screen Recording.
5_ Headphone ports can be removed to create more spaces as we now have USB-C Headphones.
6_ Improves the cameras quality: two camera is enough to reduce the cost for camera improvements.
7_ Too many apps: not all software have to be an apps , so some of them can merge into one to create a better ecosystem.
Overall I'll to thanks the Samsung teams for such big improvements : LCD to AMOLED displays.

Worst phone I have ever purchased

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The primary purpose if ANY phone is to make and recieve phone calls. This phone falls short of the mark on multiple levels. Mic only works on speaker phone. 5g service kills the battery. 4g service is questionable. Was sold this phone by my provider and told none of this would be an issue. Unfortunately, it is. Can't blame my provider. They are reading the info card from Samsung. Being im with one of the largest providers on the planet, these issues fall on Samsung.
