I have been thoroughly impressed and pleased with the quality of my new Samsung phone. I would highly recommend this brand to anyone looking for a new phone!

Just disappointed with this A13

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To start, I am a faithful Samsung customer. I absolutely love Samsung phones, but when I went to the A13 I was disappointed. I had alot of crashes in the middle of searches and emails. I had trouble with the 5G. When I should have had great signal and service this phone would fail me. I don't live far from a cell phone tower so I have no problem getting 5G access with other models. I was just disappointed with this model. Also the camera really didn't take clear photos as I was expecting. I eventually went to a galaxy S10 plus and I love it! I have had it for 2 years without any problems at all.
