The samsung galaxy a15 5g is a great product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My samsung galaxy a15 5g is probably the best samsung phone I have had experience with. I love the metallic blue color and the awesome features like edge lighting and power share and plus it allows you to share with people nearby funny pictures or memes the phone is not slow and to be honest even though it's 1 upgrade this phone is 10x better than the a14 long battery life and water proof overall I thing that I'll have this phone for a long time.

worst servicing center and mobile

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a Samsung mobile phone I purchased on June 24th. Unfortunately, the device has experienced significant issues, particularly with the motherboard, rendering it non-functional. This has been a very disappointing experience, especially considering the high expectations I had for Samsung products.
When I purchased the phone, I was assured of its quality and reliability. However, the current situation has proven otherwise. To make matters worse, I am now being informed that any repairs will be chargeable, despite the issues arising so soon after purchase.
I am extremely unhappy with both the product and the service provided. I would like to escalate this matter and request a resolution that does not involve additional charges for repairs.
Additionally, I would like to provide feedback on my experience. The product quality and the service received have been far below expectations, and I would not recommend this product to others.
Please escalate this issue to a higher authority and provide me with the contact details of the relevant person or department.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Battery life , camera , and display.

This phone battery life is amazing 👏 i love the compact size and the fast fluid screen and processing from the exynos processor also I was blown away by the camera it takes great photos 📸 in daylight I was really impressed great job samsung no wonder this phones sells so many units worldwide

It does everything I want it to do with minimal lag. Sure you can't have 9 games open at once or expect to open tbe camera instanteouslg but it's a great device.
It could stand to have more RAM, but if you're looking for no thrills, everything just works a crystal clear AMOLED screen, don't sleep on this phone!

He loved the fingerprint unlock being on the side button instead of the screen. Charges quickly. Handled everything well. Keeping it as a just in case.

This phone has no better teachers than the 14.

I bought this phone about a month ago and it is the worst phone I have ever purchased.It want let you down load most apps.and it is always going off line.When you touch the screen well most of the time you touch the screen it want move.Then when you put in your password to Unlock the screen you have to hit ok before it will open.I tried to down load my diabetic app.And it tells me that it can't because it's not compatible.And u have to keep cutting it off and on to keep it working.I thought this phone would be bigger than the galaxy 14.But they made it wider than the 14.but if you compair them there not that different.So very very displeased with this phone.
