This product is very slow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is either very slow or I have grown more impatient. It freezes when im typing and trying to get into an app etc. It kicks me out of what im in the middle of doing as well as my important calls and texts. The keyboard sticks and enters the wrong letters at times too. I barely get service and my internet sucks. I use this phone for everything. I live and rely on my phone daily. Im frustrated with the performance of the phone however, I love the features. The AI is on point and a great tool to have in your corner concerning anything you need to know. The camera is amazing and the filters added top it off. With every update, I get excited to see what's new!

This product has great features.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The best feature the galaxy A25 5g has is galaxy ai which helps so much with work explaining step by step on how to do certain things and certain problems on homework. I enjoy using this phone for gaming since it gives me the best quality it can have and also has enough storage for every game I can play on the phone. Everyday I would always play on the phone and if not then I would just watch movies on it since it has great audio playing and good quality for movies.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always liked the Galaxy phones. I enjoy using them. They're easy to use there. I have a lot more functions than most phones do. The only thing I have a problem with this A15 is. It doesn't have enough memory on it. Because when I switched phones, I couldn't put all my information and my pictures on to this phone. So I wind up losing a few of them.

It's a pretty good phone

Great features

While this device doesn’t yet feature the complete rollout of Galaxy AI, it still offers a variety of smart features that make your experience more enjoyable. If you notice your device slowing down after a while or having connectivity challenges, it might be time for a quick software update. To check for updates, simply swipe down with two fingers from the top right corner of the screen and tap the Settings icon. Then, scroll down and select Software update or System updates, although this may vary depending on your model. Tap Download and install, Check for system updates, or Check for software updates, based on your carrier. If an update is available, it will usually start downloading automatically, but you might need to tap 'Download now' on some devices. Once the download is complete, just follow the on-screen instructions to install the update. If you need any more help, our Samsung Support team is here for you.
