[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Samsung Galaxy A15 is alright. It's got a lot of glitches and runs quite slow. Ever since I got it, it's been disconnecting from my service provider off and on all by itself about every few minutes. I have to either restart it or put it in airplane mode in order for it to go back online so I'm able to use my data and make and receive phone calls and texts. I'm surprised it's a Samsung to be honest... with the way it behaves.

If you notice a slowdown, it may indicate that your phone requires a software update. Glitches can stem from various factors, such as screen damage, outdated software, app conflicts, or underlying bugs.
To enhance your device’s performance, start by checking for software updates. Open the Settings app, then swipe to find Software update or System updates. Tap on Download and install, Check for system updates, or Check for software updates, depending on your carrier. If an update is available, it should download automatically; however, on some devices, you may need to select ‘Download now’ to initiate the download.
For further assistance, refer to the guide on “Screen flickering or glitching on Galaxy phone or tablet,” which can be found linked below. If your phone disconnects from your service provider, it might be beneficial to inspect your SIM card to ensure it’s properly seated or contact your carrier to verify its condition. A network reset could also enhance your connection quality. To reset network settings, go to Settings, tap General, then select Management, followed by Reset, and finally select Reset network settings. You may need to enter your PIN or password to proceed, and then tap Reset.
Once you’ve completed these steps, test your mobile connection again. Please note that resetting your network settings will erase all Bluetooth pairings and saved Wi-Fi networks. It's okay but not great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I mean, it works most of the time. The battery doesn't last long anymore and the video/camera zoom feature leaves a lot to be desired. Still, the speakers are good and streaming works well most of the time. I mean, it was cheap soooo, you get what you pay for.

And to beat it all, my wife has been using one of them . Not a bleep. Not one complaint. Its fast reliable and efficient. The one draw back i have is that they are not esim ready. Other than that. Its truly, for the price, one of the better phones ive ever had
