A feature on your phone that can provide valuable insights into your device’s status is available through the Samsung Members App. Samsung Members isn’t just your gateway to insider know-how, special offers, and the amazing Samsung community. It also provides access to built-in diagnostic functions, helping you troubleshoot issues and get assistance with your Galaxy phone. Samsung Members can diagnose a variety of concerns that you may encounter with your phone. If it’s not already installed, download Samsung Members from the Galaxy Store or the Play Store. Once Members is installed on your phone, you can access the diagnostics by opening the app and then tapping Diagnostics on the Discover tab. From here, tap Phone diagnostics. You can tap an individual test, or tap Test all at the bottom of the screen if you would like to run a full diagnostic. Many of the tests will require some interaction; follow the on-screen instructions to complete each one. If a test fails, the app may offer some suggestions. You can also tap ‘View related FAQ’ for additional help, or refer to our guide. The available tests listed below may vary depending on the model of your device.
