Great performance and value for a budget 5G phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Samsung Galaxy A15 5G for several months now, and I’m genuinely impressed with what it offers at this price point. It’s perfect for everyday use—whether I'm streaming shows, scrolling through social media, messaging friends, or playing mobile games, everything runs smooth.
The display is one of my favorite parts. It’s a 6.5” FHD+ Super AMOLED screen with a 90Hz refresh rate, and it looks sharp and bright even outdoors. The colors are vibrant, and scrolling feels buttery smooth, which is great for both watching content and gaming.
Performance-wise, the phone handles multitasking well. Apps open fast, and switching between them is seamless. For a phone in this range, the RAM and chipset combo is solid. The One UI software is clean and easy to use, and I like the customization options. It even includes some helpful Galaxy AI features like smart suggestions and text enhancements, which are great for productivity and communication.
Battery life is another strong point. I can go a full day on one charge easily, even with heavy use like watching YouTube, walking with music on, and doing schoolwork. The 25W fast charging also helps when I need a quick top-up.
The camera is decent in good lighting. The photos are clear and detailed, and the selfie cam works well for casual shots. It's not flagship-level, but definitely gets the job done for social media or memories.

It's an OK device, other then the galaxy AI feature Im Honestly, not too happy with it's not a phone I would recommend to someone else I've had a few issues out of it, It freezes up a lot It takes forever for it to open an app. I do a little bit of everything with this device there is some things I would change but for now even though it's frustrating it slowly does what I need it to do.

I just love Samsung phones

Has more memory than most android phones out there. But that's why I love love love the galaxy S series. But gaming is good clear no crashes. I really don't use the AI assistant so I really can't say much on that.

It delivers excellent value, especially for users looking for a reliable 5G experience without breaking the bank. The display is one of its standout features—a 6.5" Super AMOLED screen with a 90Hz refresh rate provides smooth scrolling and vibrant colors, making streaming and everyday tasks enjoyable.
Performance-wise, the MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ chip handles multitasking, casual gaming, and app usage efficiently. Paired with 4GB or 6GB of RAM, the device stays responsive under normal usage. The 5000mAh battery is another strong point, easily lasting a full day or more on a single charge with moderate use.
The camera system is decent for the category. The 50MP main sensor captures detailed photos in good lighting, although night performance is just average. The selfie camera is serviceable for video calls and social media.
Samsung’s One UI is clean and offers useful features without too much bloat. You also get reliable software support and security updates.

Now I'm interested in upgrading to the s25.
