Good phone but it has issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Galaxy AI is good but for some reason it's a good phone but for some reason I dropped it on the ground one time not super far from my lap to the ground and it completely went black but you could still hear like the sounds and everything like the screen was just off but everything was still working and it was like that for a few days and then started working and having overheating problems so definitely should look into that

Best phone I've ever had hands down

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my phone for work , gaming , photos , to watch TV on. I've never had a drooped call I get service anywhere i go example : metal build8ngs that I usual can't get service in 4 bars of service , riding the dart rail train that goes underground yep I still have service when my other phone did not . It takes the best pictures that ice ever seen on a phone , and videos well let's just say that I'll use my phone before I use my digital camera / video camera there's just no comparison....

Very laggy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The videos lag on TikTok and often have to do a restart to speed up the phone and sometimes a soft reset to make phone work again. Don't like this phone at all wish I had a S24 or S25 I love Galaxy AI on my phone.

My Samsung Galaxy A15-5G, has a lot of great features, including a software update for the new Samsung Galaxy A.I.! I will soon upgrade, but this device has been great for as long as I have owned it!!!!!!! 5 years....Never had an issue! Samsung is amazing and I do not think I will ever not be a consumer of their devices/products!

I regret my purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm old and on ssi so when my A51 stopped working I got what I was financially able to acquire at the time, an A15 5G. I love my Samsung products. I have 2 tvs, a tablet, and 2 other (stand by) phones that still work. I'm just truly disappointed. Major buffering. Always kicking me out of something. Not always able to hear, goes completely mute for no obvious reason. Kicks me completely out of half written texts or emails. I unfortunately am stuck with this choice. 🥺 I really wish I could say better things about it. The color, in videos, pictures, games, is quite nice.
Maybe Galaxy AI can offer me some suggestions.
